You give me a list of 10 companies and I will find the key decision makers for you. I look for roles like CEO, founder, marketing director, or operations manager depending on who you want to reach. For each company I deliver the name, job title, email address, and LinkedIn profile of one or two relevant people. I check LinkedIn first, then company websites and press releases to confirm the person is still in that role. If a company is very large I will focus on the department you care about. I also include a short note about what each person seems to be responsible for based on their profile. Everything goes into a single spreadsheet. This works best for companies with under 500 employees because larger organizations have less public information about middle management. Delivery is usually within two days unless the companies are in very obscure industries.
Findings first, then the evidence, then what I would do about it.
Every figure is sourced and dated in the sheet.
Ask first — if the data is thin I will say so instead of padding it.
I build lead lists and research contacts for small businesses. I work with LinkedIn, company websites, and public directories. I usually find email addresses and job titles but I don't verify phone numbers because most tools for that cost extra. I deliver in a spreadsheet and I'm online most evenings.

5Findings first, evidence after. I could take the summary to a meeting without rewriting it.

4Thorough report. One section leaned on a single source that was three years old.

5Told me the segment I asked about was too thin to size properly instead of inventing a figure.
