Welcome to Buxonline (buxonline.org) (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). By using our services, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before you start using the Platform.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between NGO "ADK" (EDRPOU code 44757504), owner and operator of the Buxonline Platform, and Platform users (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You").

1.2. By using the Platform, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.

2. Description of Services

2.1. Buxonline is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of digital micro-services ("gigs"), with prices starting at $1. Sellers create and offer gigs; buyers browse, order, and pay for them. The Platform facilitates discovery, ordering, payment, reviews, and communication between users.

2.2. The Platform is a venue that connects users. Gigs are created and delivered by sellers, not by the Platform; the operator is not a party to the contract for services between a buyer and a seller.

3. Registration and Accounts

3.1. To access the full range of Platform services, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. Authentication may be provided through a third-party identity provider.

3.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed under your account.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Comply with applicable Ukrainian legislation and these Terms of Service.

4.2. Do not use the Platform to distribute illegal, offensive, false, infringing, or harmful content, or to offer prohibited goods or services.

4.3. Do not perform actions that may disrupt the Platform's operation or harm other users, and do not circumvent Platform payments.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1. Payments for gigs are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe). The Platform does not store your full payment card details.

5.2. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Any Platform service fees will be disclosed before purchase.

5.3. Refunds and disputes between buyers and sellers are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law; contact us for assistance.

5.4. Platform commission is 0%. As a non-profit operator, NGO "ADK" does not charge a commission for its own service. To cover operating costs (payment processing and platform operations), a cost-recovery fee may be applied to both the buyer and the freelancer on certain transactions — for example, business hourly hiring. Any such fee is shown to each party at the time of payment.

5.5. Buxonline for Business subscriptions are billed via our payment provider and disclosed before purchase; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from the customer billing portal.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All Platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, and program code, is the property of NGO "ADK" and is protected by copyright law. Content submitted by users remains the responsibility of those users.

6.2. Copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content without prior written permission from the owner is prohibited.

7. Privacy

7.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimer

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. NGO "ADK" is not responsible for possible errors, service interruptions, or other Platform deficiencies.

8.2. We do not guarantee any sales, earnings, or the quality, safety, or legality of gigs offered by sellers.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. NGO "ADK" reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the date of the last update indicated.

9.2. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.

10. Termination of Access

10.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms of Service or for other reasons at our discretion.
