Terms of service for Business Units Exchange Online platform
Welcome to the Business Units Exchange Online (BUEX Online) platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before you start using the Platform.
1.1. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between NGO “ADK” (EDRPOU code 44757504), owner of the BUEX Online Platform, and Platform users (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”).
1.2. By using the Platform, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.
2.1. The Platform provides services for connecting IT/Digital specialists and businesses for mutually beneficial cooperation, including but not limited to job search, candidate search, and internship organization.
3.1. To access the full range of Platform services, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information.
3.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed under your account.
4.1. Comply with applicable Ukrainian legislation and these Terms of Service.
4.2. Do not use the Platform to distribute illegal, offensive, false, or harmful content.
4.3. Do not perform actions that may disrupt the Platform’s operation or harm other users.
5.1. All Platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, and program code, is the property of NGO “ADK” and is protected by copyright law.
5.2. Copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content without prior written permission from the owner is prohibited.
6.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7.1. The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties. NGO “ADK” is not responsible for possible errors, service interruptions, or other Platform deficiencies.
7.2. We do not guarantee successful employment or finding suitable candidates through the Platform.
8.1. NGO “ADK” reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the date of the last update indicated.
8.2. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.
9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms of Service or for other reasons at our discretion.
